Overview
This notice explains how MS ONBOARDING LTD uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, send us an email or enquire about our services. MS ONBOARDING LTD is the data controller for that information.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:
- your name, email address, organisation and role;
- the contents of your enquiry and later correspondence;
- information needed to scope or deliver onboarding support; and
- basic technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, for security and reliable delivery.
What you type into it is not sent to, or stored by, this website. Selecting “Compose enquiry” opens a prepared message in your own email application. Information reaches us only if you choose to send it.
Please do not send identity documents, financial details, health information or other highly sensitive material in an initial enquiry. If it becomes necessary, we will agree an appropriate way to share it.
How and why we use it
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries and communicate with you | Our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business |
| Prepare a proposal or take steps you request before a contract | Steps before entering into a contract |
| Provide services and manage a client relationship | Performance of a contract and our legitimate interests |
| Maintain security, prevent misuse and keep appropriate records | Our legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations |
| Meet tax, accounting, regulatory or legal requirements | Compliance with a legal obligation |
We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making or profiling. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above, including legal, accounting and dispute-related requirements. As a working rule:
- general enquiries that do not become client work are normally deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact;
- client and contractual records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends; and
- technical security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days, unless they are needed to investigate an incident.
We may keep less information for longer where it has been anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. These rights are not absolute and the appropriate right depends on the circumstances.
Email info@msonboarding.co.ukto make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. We aim to respond within one month, as required by law.

Questions or concerns about privacy should be emailed to info@msonboarding.co.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve a concern directly.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
